I'm not receiving online orders
Updated October 2, 2026
If orders aren't appearing, work down this list. The cause is almost always one of the first few.
- Check online ordering is on. Open Settings and make sure Enable online ordering is switched on.
- Check your billing. A red bar, or a "subscription has lapsed" screen, means ordering is paused. See Billing problems and lapsed subscriptions.
- Check your Orders page filters. A leftover status filter, a fulfillment tab or a date filter can hide orders. Set the status to All orders, the tab to All, and click Clear date.
- Check you're in the right café if you manage more than one login.
- Check your hours. If today is set to Closed in Business hours, customers can't order today.
- Check the item is orderable. Items that are unavailable or switched off for ordering can't be added to a cart. See Add and organize menu items.
- Check your changes are published. Menu and website edits only reach customers after Publish.
- Check your Kitchen Display is open, awake and online. See The Kitchen Display has no sound or goes to sleep.
- Ask the customer for details. Ask for the order number or the time they ordered. Their confirmation should have a tracking link.
