Get help when you're stuck

Help is always one click away from any page in the portal.
Open help
- Look at the bottom of the left sidebar for Need help?. If the sidebar is collapsed, you'll see just the help icon.
- Choose Help Center to open this guide in a new tab, or Chat with our team to start a conversation without leaving the portal.
Search the Help Center
Type a few words, such as "refund" or "domain", in the search box on the Help Center home page. Results look through article titles and the full text.
Chat with our team
Chat reaches a real person, not a bot. Your conversation is saved, so you can pick it up again any time you return instead of starting over.
Email us
You can also email support@awwranges.com. The link is at the bottom of every article.
Tip: To get a faster answer, tell us your café name, the page you were on, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps too.
