My website isn't public yet
Updated October 11, 2026
If customers can't open your website, it is almost always one of these four things. Check them in order.
1. You haven't published yet
A new café's website stays private until you start your free trial and publish. Click Publish in the top bar of the portal. If you're asked to add a card, that is the free trial starting. See Publish your website.
2. The trial is started, but you haven't pressed Publish
Starting the trial doesn't put your site live by itself unless you began it from Publish. Click Publish once your trial has started.
3. You're using the wrong link
Your link is order.awwranges.com/your-cafe, or your own domain once it's connected. Open the Domain page to copy the exact address. If you use your own domain, it can take a while to connect. See My domain isn't working.
4. Your subscription has lapsed
If a payment failed or your trial ended without a card, ordering pauses and your site goes offline after a grace period. See Billing problems and lapsed subscriptions.
Still stuck?
Your changes may not show yet, even though the site is live. See My changes aren't showing on my live site, or message us from the Need help? panel in the portal.
