My domain isn't working

If your own domain doesn't load your site, check these.

1. 1Is it set up yet? Domain requests aren't instant. Our team completes the DNS and hosting setup and then switches it on. Check the Domain page. A pending request means it isn't live yet. See Connect your own domain.
2. 2Wait for propagation. After a domain is connected or changed, it can take 24 to 48 hours to work everywhere.
3. 3Clear your cache. Try a private window or another device or network.
4. 4Check the domain is active at your registrar. An expired domain won't load.
5. 5Check you typed it correctly. Compare it with the domain shown on the Domain page.
6. 6Use your free link meanwhile. It's always live: order.awwranges.com/your-cafe.
