The live preview won't load

The preview in the Website editor, Design, Layout and dashboard pages shows your real site.

Click Try again. A new site can take a moment to be ready.
Check your connection.
Refresh the portal page.
Look for a message. "Preview appears once your domain is connected" means no address is set up for your café yet. Open the Domain page to check.
Check your subscription. A lapsed subscription takes your site offline, which also affects the preview. See Billing problems and lapsed subscriptions.

Note: The preview shows your draft, so it can differ from the live site until you publish.
