A photo won't upload

If an image won't upload, check these.

File type. Supported types are PNG, JPEG, WebP, SVG and ICO. Other formats, such as HEIC photos from some phones, aren't accepted.
File size. Each image can be up to 3 MB. Large phone photos are often bigger. Resize or compress the photo.
Storage limit. Each café can store up to 250 MB of images in total. If you've reached it, remove images you no longer use. In the gallery, use Delete photo forever on archived photos.
Connection. Try again on a stronger connection.
Try another browser if one keeps failing.

Tip: To turn a HEIC photo into a JPEG on an iPhone, set Camera format to Most Compatible, or share the photo as a screenshot or through Messages.
