Set up the Pickup Board

The Pickup Board is a second screen for your customers, not your staff. Prop a tablet near the counter so people can see whether their order is ready.

Open it

1. 1Open the Kitchen Display.
2. 2Click Pickup board in its header.
3. 3Place the tablet where customers can see it.

What it shows

Two columns: orders still being prepared, and orders ready for pickup. Each shows only the order number and the customer's first name.

Privacy

It never shows a customer's full name, phone number or what they ordered. It reads the same live data as the Kitchen Display, so it's always in step with your kitchen.
