A tour of the Orders page

Updated October 2, 2026

The Orders page is where every order placed through your website lands, newest first. It refreshes by itself, so new orders appear without reloading.

The top of the page

Three cards summarize the day: Orders today, Revenue and Tips. Revenue and tips are counted separately, but a tip is always part of the order's total charge.

Find an order

  1. Use the status dropdown to show All orders, or only one status such as Received or Ready.
  2. Use the tabs to show All, Takeaway, Dine in or Delivery orders.
  3. Use Filter by date to look at one day. Click Clear date to go back to everything.

Each order row

Every row shows the order number, the customer, the items, the total, the fulfillment type and its status. Pay-at-counter orders show a token number badge. Delivery orders show courier progress.

Open an order

Click a row to open its detail sheet. From there you can:

  • Move it to the next status.
  • Print receipt.
  • Refund a paid order. See How refunds work.
  • Mark payment received on a pay-at-counter order.
  • Cancel delivery before a courier is assigned.

Create an order yourself

Click New order to key in a phone or counter order. See Take a walk-in or phone order.

Run out of something?

The Online Ordering panel lists your menu items so you can turn off one that has run out. See Quick-86 an item.
