See how your kitchen is doing

Updated October 4, 2026

The Stats tab on the Kitchen Display shows how today is going, so you can spot a slow spell while there is still time to fix it.

Open it

  1. Switch to the Kitchen Display. See Use the Kitchen Display.
  2. Click Stats at the top, or press S on a keyboard.

What you'll see

  • Orders today: every order placed since midnight in your café's timezone.
  • On time: the share of completed orders finished by the time you promised. A scheduled order is on time if it was completed by the time the customer picked. An ASAP order is on time if it was completed within your prep time for that order type.
  • Average time: the minutes from an order being placed to being completed, averaged over ASAP orders.
  • Late right now: open orders that are already past their time.
  • Orders by hour: a bar for each hour, so you can see when you get busy.
  • Most made today: your five most ordered items.
  • Slowest orders today: the three ASAP orders that took longest.

How the times are worked out

Times use the moment you marked an order Completed. If orders sit in Ready for a long while before you complete them, the numbers will look slower than your kitchen really is.

Tip: Prep times come from your settings. If the On time number seems too harsh or too easy, adjust them. See Turn on online ordering and set prep times.
