Turn on online ordering and set prep times

Two settings control whether customers can order and how soon.
Enable online ordering
- Open Settings and find Enable online ordering.
- Switch it on.
When it's on, an Order Now button appears on your website and checkout accepts orders. When it's off, nothing is deleted, new online orders simply stop.
Set prep times
- In Prep times, set the Pickup prep time in minutes.
- Set the Delivery prep time.
- Click Save.
This sets the earliest time slot a customer can choose. A longer prep time pushes the earliest slot further out.
Minimums
Awwranges always applies a minimum of 15 minutes for pickup and 30 for delivery, so your prep time can only extend them. See How scheduled orders and lead times work.
Pause ordering quickly
Switch Enable online ordering off if you need to stop orders for a while, for instance if the kitchen is overwhelmed. Switch it back on when you're ready. It takes effect immediately.
Warning: If your subscription has lapsed, ordering is paused regardless of this switch. See Billing problems and lapsed subscriptions.
