What customers see after they order
Updated October 2, 2026
Once a customer places an order, they land on a tracking page that updates on its own every few seconds.
The status tracker
A four-step tracker shows Order received, Being prepared, then Ready for pickup (or Ready for dine-in, or Ready for courier for delivery), and finally Completed (or Delivered). It moves forward as your team bumps the order. A cancelled order shows a clear cancelled notice instead.
Delivery details
For delivery orders, the page shows the courier's progress and, when available, where the courier is on a map.
Their receipt and loyalty
The page shows the items, taxes, discount, tip and total, and, if you run a stamp card, the customer's live stamp count.
The tracking link
Every order confirmation includes a unique tracking link customers can bookmark. It needs no login. See How customers find their past orders.
Tip: Tell customers that bumping an order to Ready is what they see on their phone, so bump it when the food is genuinely ready.
