How customers find their past orders

Customers don't need an account to see their orders.
The tracking link
Every order confirmation includes a unique link, unique to that one order. Customers can bookmark it to check status any time, with no login.
The My orders page
For a full history, customers open My orders on your site and enter the phone number and name they used at checkout. Every order matching both is shown.
Why two details
Asking for both is deliberate. It's how most guest-checkout stores do it, and it stops someone from seeing another customer's orders by guessing a phone number.
Tip: If a customer can't find an order, check they're using exactly the same phone number and name they used when they ordered.
