Add a scrolling marquee band

The marquee is a band of short phrases pinned below your hero that scrolls continuously, such as "Freshly roasted daily", "Open 7 days" or "Order ahead for pickup".
Turn it on
- Open the Website editor and expand Marquee.
- Switch it on.
- Add your phrases, one per item. Empty items are ignored.
- Set the speed, which is how many seconds one full pass takes.
- Choose the direction it scrolls.
- Publish.
Text effects
You can choose an effect for the marquee text, such as Word Rotate, Morphing Text or Scroll Based Velocity, or keep the default scrolling.
Note: The marquee is part of the Classic template. If you don't see it, check your template under Choose a website template.
Tip: Three to five short phrases work best. Long ones are hard to read while moving.
