Choose a website template
Updated October 2, 2026
A template controls the layout and personality of your public website. Your menu, photos, branding and text are not tied to a template, so you can switch whenever you like and nothing is lost.
The four templates
- Classic: the full homepage. Hero, About, Menu highlights, Gallery, Marquee, FAQ and Contact. It's the only template with several layout options per section.
- Sage Market: a green-accented layout with Hero, Menu and About.
- Amber Oven: a warm amber-accented layout with Hero, Menu, About and Gallery.
- Claret House: a deep burgundy-accented layout with Hero, Menu, About and Contact.
Switch templates
- From the dashboard, click Edit Website.
- At the top of the left column, open the Template dropdown.
- Pick a template. The live preview on the right changes immediately and a confirmation appears.
- Review the preview, then click Publish in the top bar when you're happy.
Good to know
- Sections a template doesn't include simply don't appear on that template. Your content for them is kept, and returns if you switch back.
- Sage Market, Amber Oven and Claret House each have an accent color setting in the editor that tints buttons and highlights. Leave it unset to use that template's own color.
- Your ordering pages (menu, checkout, order tracking) share one layout across every template, but pick up your template's accent color and font.
Tip: Changes are saved to a draft until you publish, so you can try each template safely.
