Meet Kiki, your café assistant

Kiki is your café assistant, in the bottom-right corner of the portal. Click Kiki any time to chat with our team. Once a day Kiki can also pop up with a short note about your café.

What Kiki says

• A welcome the first time you reach the dashboard after setup.
• A good morning, afternoon or evening greeting with your name.
• Real numbers from your café, such as yesterday's orders and takings, your best seller this week, your busiest hour, or how many people tapped your Uber Eats or DoorDash links.
• A reminder in the last three days of your free trial.
• On quiet days, a short tip.

How often

At most one note a day, and only the first time you open the portal that day. It disappears by itself after about 20 seconds, and it never shows while Awwranges support is working in your portal.

Turn it off or on

Click Stop daily notes on the message, or open Settings and switch off Show me Kiki's daily note. The same switch turns it back on. The choice applies to the browser you're using.
