Create your account and set up your café
Updated October 2, 2026
Setting up takes about ten minutes. You create an account, answer a few quick questions, and Awwranges builds a real, working website for you automatically. You can change everything later.
Create your account
- Go to the portal sign-up page and enter your email and a password. There's no confirmation email to wait for, you're signed in immediately.
- You land in the setup wizard. If you close the tab, sign back in and you'll resume on the exact step you left.
The setup wizard
The wizard has four stages, shown as a progress bar at the top of every screen. Each screen asks for one thing.
Quick setup
- Your name. First and last name, so we know who we're building this for.
- What kind of place it is. Pick a type such as café, restaurant, bakery, coffee shop or bar. Choose Other to type your own, for example "Burger truck" or "Food cart".
- What it's called. Your place's name. We use it to create your free web address, which is shown under the field as you type.
- Where it is. Pick your state, then your city. City-level detail is enough.
- Do you already have a website? Tell us yes or no. This is optional context and doesn't change your setup.
- Create my website. One click and we generate your site.
First website. A short loading screen while your site is built, then a preview of exactly what customers will see on a phone.
Refine. Everything here is optional and can be skipped or done later, in any order: About, Photos, Menu, Style & Brand (logo, colors and the canvas background) and Social links. Each row shows a check mark once you've filled it in.
Go live. Choose your domain, optionally add billing, review your checklist, and publish.
Tip: Every step saves as you go, and every screen has Back and Continue buttons. You can always return to anything from the dashboard after setup.
After the wizard
Setup gets your site live. To actually take online orders you'll also want to connect Square for card payments, and Uber Direct if you offer delivery. The Get your café ready checklist on your dashboard walks you through these. See Go-live checklist.
