Configure tip presets

At checkout, customers get three quick tip buttons. You choose the percentages.
Change them
- Open Settings and find Tip presets.
- Set the three percentages. The default is 15, 20 and 25.
- Save. It applies right away without publishing.
How tips work
- Customers can still type a custom percentage if none of your three fit.
- The tip is a percentage of the food after any promo discount.
- A tip is always included inside the order's total charge. It's not a separate payment.
- Revenue and Tips are reported separately on your Orders page and Dashboard.
Tip: Lower presets such as 10, 15 and 20 can feel more comfortable for pickup orders where there's little service.
