Win back customers who've gone quiet

The Haven't seen them in a while panel is the mirror image of Regulars. It highlights customers who used to order often and then stopped.

Who appears

A customer who used to order three or more times a month but hasn't ordered in three weeks or more. They already like you, something just interrupted the habit, so they're easier to win back than a brand-new customer.

Win them back

1. 1Open Customers and find the panel.
2. 2Click Win them back beside a customer to log a comp.
3. 3Reach out to them personally and tell them it's waiting.
4. 4Redeem it when they come in. See Comp a drink for a regular.
