Comp a drink for a regular

A comp is a free item you've promised a customer. It doesn't charge or refund anything. It's a reminder so your team honors it next time.
Log a comp
- Open Customers and find the person in Regulars.
- Click Comp a drink beside their name.
- A confirmation appears: "Comp logged, honor it next time they're in."
Redeem a comp
- When the customer comes in, open their detail sheet.
- Find the comp in their list.
- Hand over the item, then click to mark it Redeemed.
The sheet shows every comp you've issued, so it's clear which are still owed.
