Understand your Regulars
Updated October 2, 2026
The Customers page groups every order by phone number automatically. There's nothing to set up.
Who counts as a regular
Anyone with three or more orders in the last 30 days appears in the Regulars panel at the top of the page, along with their visit count for the month.
See a customer's history
- Open Customers in the sidebar.
- Click a customer.
- Their detail sheet shows their full order history, how much they've spent, any loyalty stamps and any comps you've logged.
Why a phone number matters
Customers are matched by phone number. An order with no phone number can't be linked to a customer, so ask for one on walk-in orders. See Take a walk-in or phone order.
Tip: Greet your regulars by name. It's the cheapest loyalty program there is.
