Use a discount code on your subscription
Updated October 11, 2026
A discount code lowers the price of your Awwranges subscription. Some codes also change how long your free trial lasts. You enter or remove a code on the checkout page where you start your free trial.
Add a code
- Start your free trial from Publish, from Billing, or from the bar at the top of the portal.
- In the summary box beside the card form, select Have a discount code?.
- Type your code and select Apply.
If you opened a link with a code in it, the code is already applied. You'll see Code ... applied with a short line such as "50% off every month".
What changes on the page
- Your usual price is crossed out and the new price sits next to it.
- A line under the code says how long the discount lasts.
- If the code gives a longer trial, the page, the timeline and the first charge date all show the new number of days.
If the code doesn't work
- Check the spelling. Codes are not case sensitive, but every letter and number counts.
- A code can be used up or have an end date. The page tells you when it can't be applied, and you can carry on at the normal price.
- A code is meant for one café, so a second try on the same account may not work.
Remove a code
Select Remove next to the applied code. A welcome discount can show up by itself for new sign-ups, and you can remove that one too.
Check what you'll pay
Once your trial has started, open Billing. It shows your next charge, with the discount included, and the date it happens. You can still cancel before that date and pay nothing.
Note: A discount applies to the subscription, not to what your customers pay. To offer your customers a discount, see Offer a discount for ordering direct.
