Set your business hours
Updated October 2, 2026
Your business hours decide which days and times customers can schedule orders for.
Set your hours
- Open Settings and find Business hours.
- For each day of the week, set an opening and a closing time.
- To close a day entirely, switch on Closed for it.
- Click Save. A confirmation appears.
What customers see
Your ordering page respects these hours. A closed day shows as closed instead of offering time slots, and slots only appear between your opening and closing times. Changes apply right away, without publishing.
Hours text vs business hours
These are two different things. Business hours control ordering. The hours text in your café profile is what visitors read on your site. Keep both in step. See Update your café profile.
Tip: Set a day to Closed for a holiday rather than leaving odd hours, and switch it back afterwards.
