Let Awwranges support help you

If something is hard to set up, our team can make the change for you from inside your portal. It only happens when you switch it on, and you can switch it off at any time.

Turn it on

1. 1Open Settings in the sidebar.
2. 2Find Support access.
3. 3Turn on Let Awwranges support help me.

Access lasts 24 hours and then turns itself off. Within that time we can open your portal for up to an hour at a time.

What you'll see

While we're working in your portal, an orange bar at the top says who is there and when the session ends. Afterwards, Support access lists every session and what was changed, for example "Save order link" or "Publish draft".

What we can and can't do

• We can edit your menu, website, design, hours and settings, and help with orders.
• We can never see or change your card or subscription, connect or disconnect your Square or Uber accounts, or delete your café.

Turn it off

Switch Let Awwranges support help me off. Any session in progress ends straight away.
