Change or reset your password

You can change your password whenever you like, and reset it if you have forgotten it.

Change your password

1. 1Open Settings in the sidebar and find Password.
2. 2Enter your Current password.
3. 3Enter and confirm a New password of at least 8 characters.
4. 4Click Change password.

If you've forgotten your password

1. 1On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
2. 2Enter your email and click Send reset link.
3. 3Open the email and click the link. It takes you to a page where you choose a new password, and you are signed in straight after.

The link works once and expires after a while. If it says the link has expired, go back to the sign-in page and ask for a new one. The email can take a minute to arrive, so check your spam folder too.

How often should I change it?

You don't need to change it on a schedule. Change it if you think someone else knows it, if you used it on another site that has had a breach, or if you shared it with someone who no longer works with you. A long, unique password that you only use here is the best protection.
