Print kitchen tickets and cup labels
Updated October 4, 2026
Every order card on the Kitchen Display has Print ticket and Print labels in its ... menu. They open your device's normal print window, so they work with any printer your tablet or computer can already print to.
Print a ticket
- Find the order on the Kitchen Display.
- Open the ... menu on its card and choose Print ticket, or select the card and press T.
- Choose your printer in the print window and print.
The ticket shows the order number, whether it is takeaway, dine in or delivery, the time, the customer's name, every item with its customizations, and any note. It is sized for an 80 mm receipt printer and also prints fine on normal paper. Priority orders say PRIORITY at the top.
Print labels
- Open the ... menu on the order and choose Print labels, or select the card and press L.
- In the print window, choose your label printer and set the paper size to 2.25 by 1.25 inches. Set margins to none.
- Print.
You get one label for every item, so two lattes make two labels. Each label shows the order number, a count such as 2/3, the item, its customizations, the customer's name and your café name.
Note: Printing always opens the print window and waits for you to confirm. It does not print by itself, because browsers don't allow that without special kiosk settings on the device.
Tip: Most browsers remember the printer and paper size you chose, so you only set it up once. For a customer receipt instead, see Print a receipt.
