Your free trial and billing

Every new café starts with a 14-day free trial. After that, Awwranges is $99 per month with no long-term commitment and no commission on your orders.

Your trial

The Billing page shows how many trial days are left and the date of the first real charge. In the last three days, a reminder also appears in the notification bell. You can dismiss it, or click through to add a payment method.

Add a payment method

1. 1Open Billing in the sidebar, or click the button in the banner at the top of the portal.
2. 2Click Subscribe.
3. 3Complete the secure checkout.
4. 4You're returned to the portal. Nothing is charged until your trial ends.

You can also do this during setup, or choose Set up later and do it from the dashboard.

If you started but didn't finish

If you left checkout partway, Billing shows Continue checkout. Nothing has been charged. Click it to pick up where you left off.

Update your payment method

1. 1Open Billing.
2. 2Click Update payment method.
3. 3Follow the secure page that opens.

See past payments

The Payments section lists each payment. You can download an invoice for any of them.

What the banner means

A bar at the top of every page tells you what needs attention, for example "Set up billing", "Continue checkout" or days left in your trial. Click its button to go straight to Billing. See Billing problems and lapsed subscriptions if it's red.
