Delete your café account

You can deactivate your café from Settings.
Delete your café
- Open Settings and scroll to Danger zone.
- Click the delete button.
- Type your café's exact name to confirm.
- Confirm. You're signed out.
What happens
- Your website goes offline immediately.
- Your account loses access to the portal.
- There's no undo from inside the portal.
What's kept
Your menu, orders and customer data are kept, not erased. Deleting deactivates the café. Contact support if you ever want it reactivated.
Warning: Cancel your subscription before deleting if you don't want to be billed. Check your Billing page first.
