Manage your photo gallery

Your gallery works like a small photo library. Photos are grouped by the day you added them, and you can hide a photo without deleting it.

Where to find it

Photos are managed in the Photos step of setup, and afterwards in the Gallery section of the Website editor. Open the editor from the Edit Website button on your dashboard.

Add a photo

Open the Gallery section.
Under Add photo, upload an image from your device.
It appears in the Active tab under today's date.
Click Publish so it shows on your site.

Archive a photo

Archiving hides a photo from your website but keeps it in your library.

In the Active tab, find the photo.
Click the archive button in its top corner.
The photo moves to the Archived tab, and disappears from your live site after you publish.

Restore or delete

Open the Archived tab.
Click Restore photo to bring it back to Active, or Delete photo forever to remove it for good.

Note: Photos that were added before dates were tracked appear under Earlier.

Tip: Archive seasonal photos instead of deleting them, then restore them next year.
